Riz modern pendulum
The modern wall pendulum Riz is characterised by its simple complexity, which manifests itself through new and refined colour combinations. The structure of the pendulum consists of two gears that fit together harmoniously, marking the passage of time in an elegant manner. Each version of the Riz pendulum features a combination of two colours: the first is dedicated to the dial, while the second is used for all the finishes and accessories, including the hands, the pendulum and the four hour markers representing 3, 6, 9 and 12 o'clock. The dimensions of the Riz pendulum are 40 cm in width and 54 cm in height, which also includes the oscillating pendulum. This model is also available with a radio-controlled pendulum mechanism, thus offering an advanced solution for precision timekeeping.

Materials: our handcrafted creations are made of wood and painted MDF, depending on the colour versions considered. MDF is a wood derivative suitable for shaping and painting. The wood finishes are open-pore to emphasise the real characteristics of the grain.
Mechanisms: wall clocks are equipped with German-made mechanisms, assigned according to the characteristics of the dial and the weight of the hands. Operation is powered by an AA battery. The oscillation of the pendulum produces a slight noise. All mechanisms are laboratory-tested during quality control.
Hands: we exclusively use aluminium rather than plastic hands. These hands are moulded from particularly light aluminium foil, ensuring excellent consistency and perfect calibration for the operation of the mechanism.
Varnishes: varnishing is done manually by airbrush, using only water-based varnishes. This allows us to achieve a perfect finish, respecting the environment and improving the healthiness of the working environment. Each creation is subjected to a manual painting process and undergoes at least 5 treatments before undergoing quality control. The resulting finish is satin.
Product uniqueness: every CalleaDesign creation is unique, as it is made by hand by our master craftsmen. Since 1967, we have dedicated ourselves to the design and creation of furnishing accessories, interpreting objects that add a special touch to the home.
Quality: before leaving the CalleaDesign workshop, each of our creations undergoes rigorous quality controls, including both aesthetic finish and mechanical reliability. To ensure this, all mechanisms are tested in-house before being installed.
