We are artisans and take great pride in taking care, with our own hands, of all the details that characterise our creations. Each customer relationship involves the choice of different finishes and possible customisation.
To have the entire catalogue available for immediate delivery is impossible, but we are very well organised to always be able to guarantee delivery within six or seven working days. All products have a realistic delivery date on their page, next to their name.
We have worked hard to achieve these results, guaranteeing consistency of service and quality, but we realise that sometimes our customers need faster delivery. That is why we have developed two possible solutions.
The first is the introduction of a new "PRIME" section on our home page. This is a selection of wall clocks and hangings that are immediately available. If purchased before 10.00 a.m. on a weekday, they will be shipped immediately by Fedex or DHL express courier. They will be delivered on the second following working day. The service is free of charge.
If, on the other hand, the desired product is not in this selection, then you can take advantage of the urgent delivery accessory service. Many products have this ancillary option within the product data sheet. There is a surcharge and you get priority delivery in three to four working days depending on the delivery zone.
