Transport costs are shown in the table below.
DELIVERY TIMES
Because they are handcrafted products and offer a very wide and varied variety of products, CalleaDesign delivers within eight working days. On the detail page, for each individual product, you can see the estimated delivery date should you proceed with your purchase today.
COURIERS
The transport service is provided by our trusted couriers DHL and FEDEX.
ACCESSORY SERVICES
Rushed delivery: this additional, paid service is optional on each individual product page. It ensures faster delivery by the date that is specified next to the option activation button. This service is not available if the colour on demand option is chosen.
COURIER REQUIREMENTS
The courier delivery time is Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. If you wish to enter a note to facilitate delivery, you can enter it in the notes field you will find at the end of the purchase procedure.
SHIPPING PROCEDURE
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, we will send you an email confirming the shipment, complete with the tracking number identifying your shipment. This number allows you to track the progress of your shipment directly on the web.
The courier in charge will make an attempt to deliver during the day, and if no one is at home they will leave a non-delivery notice note which will include a telephone number to contact them.
SHIPMENTS ARE INSURED
This means that Calileadesign guarantees its customers the delivery of their products without fear of any damagedue to transport. We recommend that you either check your order immediately or receive the goods by placing the wording "acceptance subject to control" next to your signature on the delivery note. In the case of breakage due to transport, this condition is essential in order to take advantage of the insurance. Once you have established the damage, simply send, within 48 hours of receiving the parcel, a brief photographic record of the damage to info@calleadesign.it. Within a few days your order will be reinstated where possible or replaced entirely at our expense.
